About me.
My name is J.R. Lacote and I have a mental trainer diploma
(2019 - Les Nouvelles Formations) and a hypnotherapist
diploma (2022 - Hypno Sup).
A few years ago I should have joined the reserve team
Galaxy of Los Angeles as a player, but a sprained knee prevented it.
I also made it to the San Diego Sockers pro team,
but the manager changed his mind some time later,
shortly before I join the team for the start of the season.
I was also a coach in 2 clubs in several categories during
4 seasons and I did the official coach training up to CFF2 (U15) .
To the attention of professional football (soccer) team owners or CEOs... I imagined truly revolutionary strategies concerning midfield and offense. I find the offense so boring in most of the profesional clubs and national teams nowadays. football. Full of finesse, like a control
by Marcelo ;-). Very inspiring.
"Whistle" is the manga from which I took the "Kazamatsuri", from the name of the main character. Super dribble to which I devoted one of the videos of my YouTube channel "L'Esprit du Dribble".
Victory Kick-off is really great too.
Superb images and avant-garde theories on football, with an unexpected final in apotheosis ...
The new Captain Tsubasa. Much more realistic than the old ones ("Olive and Tom") and even more brilliant.
Haikyu is a really great manga on volleyball. It is also very useful for football, or any other sport, as an example of training intensity, motivation and inspiration to show that anything is possible.
Kuruko's Basket, like Haikyu with volleyball, is super motivating and inspiring for any other sport. Really great too.
And my favorite movies

Edge of Tomorrow has it all: A suspense and a breathtaking story, a crazy pace, magnificent images, action but without adding to it, a subtle romance, and above all an extraordinary humor. The first part made me laugh so much, especially one scene in particular that I reran myself almost ten times and which always made me burst out laughing. You tell me which one ;-) ...
One of the greatest westerns: full of humor and a music that one remember all his life. With Steve McQueen and Yul Brynner.
A sublime story showing childhood and the determination it can lead to on a background of US history.
Still with the magnificent music of Ennio Morricone that gives you chills.
The first part of Sergio Leone's trilogy. A pure western based on the law of the strongest, always punctuated by the music of Ennio Morricone. Since "For a fistful of dollars", Leone punctuated his images on the music of Morricone, and not the other way around.
The first in the Indiana Jones saga, and the best.
A true hymn to courage. I managed to do my first parachute jump without any fear thinking about the character and humming the great music of John Williams in my head.
A breathtaking supsense and a sublime music by Hans Zimmer.
"A fistful of dynamite" is the one that struck me the most in Sergio Leone's trilogy. Always with the haunting music of Ennio Morricone.
And really great comics
Hyper inspiring, motivating and touching.
An extraordinary story of football and ghost.
A big suspense and full of emotions.
The first 4 volumes in a single book. Superb and a big saving in the end.
